FIT Supporting World Dyslexia Day

Dyslexia is a learning difference, which can make reading, writing, and spelling more difficult. Around 1 in 10 people have Dyslexia. With the right support, people with Dyslexia can succeed and thrive in school, work, and life. 

FIT’s Cuimsiú Programme: A WorkAbility: Inclusive Pathways to Employment  Programme 

Cuimsiú (pronounced kwim-shoo) means inclusion. The Cuimsiú programme is supported by FIT (Fastrack Into Information Technology) – providing educational and employment opportunities within the technology sector in Ireland. 

The Cuimsiú Programme aims to ensure that people with disabilities are fully supported within education and to find and maintain employment. The programme also aims to support organisations which employ programme participants to ensure that their employment is successful.

To apply to participate in the FIT Cuimsiú Programme, you must be a tech enthusiast, be 16 years of age and over, and no formal diagnosis is required.
