Data Protection Forms
An individual who makes an application to request access to their personal data is called a ‘Data Subject’ in the GDPR regulation. This individual is the subject of the personal data in question. The FIT Data Protection Policy and Privacy Statement outlines FIT’s privacy and data processing practices. Data Subjects are strongly advised to read and apprise themselves of the detail of the FIT policy document, prior to making any request to FIT regarding their personal data. Specifically, Data Subjects should note the procedures detailed in Section 5 of the FIT Data Protection Policy and Privacy Statement.
