Youthreach Clara General Learning Level 3 & 4

Course Aim

Youthreach is an educational training and work experience programme that aims to equip young people with the skills and confidence necessary for them to progress to further education or take up employment. Our progressive teaching methods and sharp focus on every student’s individual needs are the foundations to a programme that achieves proven results.

Students will have the opportunity to improve their personal skills, work and socialise together as part of a classroom, and develop the skills they’ll need to progress to further education, secure apprenticeships, or gain employment.

Requirements

EDUCATION
Applicants should have a standard of knowledge, skill and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 3 when accessing a Level 4 programme. Applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education although no formal qualifications are required.
APTITUDE
Applicants must have a motivation to learn, an interest in the subject and the ability to acquire the knowledge, skills and competencies set out in the course.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES
Applicants must be able to demonstrate a moderate range of knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to the course, be able to work under direction with some ability to work on their own initiative.
