Killarney VTOS ICT & Employability Skills

Course Aim

The Killarney VTOS programme gives individuals the opportunity to learn a wide range of interesting subjects including computers (ECDL) in a relaxed adult environment. Killarney VTOS recognises the importance of learning as a lifelong process and makes this possible through its flexible structure and varied course content. Following an upgrading of skills, new opportunities should become available which will enable a participant to either return back to the work force or progress to third level or further education.

Requirements

VTOS is a 2 year full-time programme for Adults aged 21 years and over who are in receipt of a qualifying Department of Social Protection (DSP) payment, or the spouse or partner of a qualified adult. Courses are free and participants continue to receive their DSP payment.
