Course Aim
An understanding of psychology in business and the workplace can lead to increased productivity, employee satisfac-tion and the success of a business in the competitive marketplace. This course will help you gain an understanding of how psychology can benefit every area of the business. On this exciting new course, you will learn about:
communicating with and motivating staff
understanding consumer buying behaviour
techniques used in selling and marketing strategies
the impact of an organisation’s customer service
An understanding of psychology is also key to individual development. This course will also assist you in the development of your own vocational skills and soft skills required to gain academic and profession-al success in the post pandemic business world, including communication skills, intrapersonal skills, interpersonal skills, and team-working.
