Course Aim

This dynamic and exciting advanced Business and HR Management course has been designed to provide you with the expertise to recruit, train, develop, lead, and manage staff; key skills for all individuals wishing to work and progress to managerial and senior positions in small, medium and large organisations.

Through this course you will learn that as a HR professional you can specialise in different areas including, employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment, and learning development, equality, compensation and benefits as well as HR generalist roles.
