For over 25 years, FIT has worked to remove barriers to education, training and employment, ensuring that people from diverse backgrounds have access to the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in the digital economy.
These nominations recognise the impact of our work across a range of programmes, including Cuimsiú which supports neurodivergent and disabled people on a pathway to tech and our all-female dedicated Tech Apprenticeship programme (iFIT)
Our work is made possible through the commitment of learners, educators, industry partners and community organisations who share our vision of building a more inclusive technology sector.
