Cuimsiú (Kwim-shoo – Inclusion) is an initiative by FIT and national WorkAbility programme designed to support neurodivergent and disabled people to explore careers in tech through:
Career guidance and 1:1 mentoring Training and soft skills support Employer networking events and workplace visits A neuroaffirming and inclusive approach
Eligibility:
To take part, you must:
- Be aged 16+
- Identify as disabled/neurodivergent (no formal diagnosis required)
The programme is free and tailored to your needs, whether you’re ready to work or just exploring your options.
