The event marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities and is geared towards employers and Cuimsiú candidates who are interested in learning more about Disability and Neurodiversity.

Who is it for?
Employers who are interested in learning more about disability and neurodiversity in the workplace.
We will also have candidates from the Cuimsiú Programme attending to learn more about this topic.
What will it cover?
The session will be split in two to cover barriers to inclusion, social model of disability, diversity within disability and respectful communication.
After the break we will focus on creating greater awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia.
