For funders & partners
For more than 25 years, we've been connecting people with opportunity and helping organisations access the talent they need.
We work with learners, employers, education providers and industry to create pathways into technology careers and help people develop the skills needed for a changing world. With the right funding, we can reach more people, build more skills and create greater impact.
For more than 25 years, FIT has turned skills investment into quality employment — with a consistent focus on those furthest from opportunity.
25+ years of building Ireland's technology pipelineSince 1999, FIT has been creating pathways into skills, employment and technology careers — adapting our work as Ireland's economy and technology landscape evolves.
Funding FIT is funding a delivery model that already works — designed with industry, run through the national further education system, and measured on employment outcomes.
