We are delighted to announce that FIT (Fastrack into Information Technology) has been shortlisted for the Tech 4 Good Sustainability Award at this year’s Technology Ireland Industry Awards!

The nomination recognises the work taking place across FIT’s GreenShift, IMR, Consumer Electronics and White Goods programmes, highlighting our contribution to sustainability through skills development and industry-led initiatives.

Supporting sustainability through skills

At FIT, we work with industry partners to develop programmes that respond to evolving skills needs and create opportunities for people to build relevant, practical skills.

Our GreenShift, IMR, Consumer Electronics and White Goods programmes form part of this work, connecting skills development with areas that matter to industry and the wider economy, including sustainability.

We’re proud to see this work recognised and look forward to celebrating alongside the other finalists at this year’s awards.

Congratulations to all those shortlisted! See the full 2026 shortlist.
