Course Aims

The aim of this programme is to enable the learner to acquire the requisite knowledge skill and competence to work independently and under supervision using a range of personal and technical skills and handling customer queries and issues in a range of customer contact centre settings. On successful completion of the programme learners may progress into higher education and training or employment.

  • Applicants must have reached the current statutory school leaving age.
  • Applicants should have achieved a minimum of a FETAC Level 4 Award or equivalent.
