Course Aims

This programme is designed to assist participants to provide technical support in ICT in general and specifically in ICT security systems. The programme covers threats to computer security, cryptography, development of security policies, business implications for downtime resulting from security-related events, network performance management, network communications protocols and network design. 

The programme also assists participants to define customer requirements based on an analysis of existing systems and processes. Aside from technical instruction, a major aim of this programme is to provide participants with essential employability skills such as career planning, CV preparation, job seeking and interview skills.
